Scope
These terms cover the sale of KALDRA drinkers to the end customer within the EU.
Catalogue and pricing
This website is a product catalogue: it shows no prices and is not an offer to sell. You send an order request; we reply with price, availability and delivery.
Order and contract
Your order request is not yet binding. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing. We send that confirmation before dispatch.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. How to withdraw and who bears the return cost is set out on the Shipping & returns page.
Conformity guarantee
Your statutory rights apply: goods that are not as described or develop a fault are covered for 2 years from delivery. We repair, replace or refund as the law requires.
Intellectual property
Product names, images, drawings and datasheets remain the property of KALDRA.
